The difference in column values is time based, we started with different base TuneECU files. It’s not critical as the reason I did it that way was just to ease data correlation between the PC-V file and TuneECU file so the columns match.

As far as values in the table, leave it at zero. All zeros to start with. Let the Autotune do the adjustments. So you should have RPM on the left, PSI across the top, and a whole bunch of zeros to start with.
 
I have followed the directions you gave, but I must be missing something.

My Powercommander software sets all the tables to zeros - Target AFR (Pressure) and Trim (Pressure) under the Autotune and the Fuel and Fuel (Pressure) tables under the Primary Module. If I am not mistaken, does this not set the PCV up to do nothing? I must have to have at least Target AFR (Pressure) under Autotune populated, no?

Am I having this trouble because I am not connected to the PCV when doing it?

I am concerned about using the file you posted in the resource section that is set up for MAP as it appears to be a tune for your bike which is far more modified than mine and that the fueling may not be correct.
Shouldn't what is in the Target AFR (Pressure) match what is in the ECU?

Sorry for all the questions, I am trying to learn all this. I have the AFR business down, but the numbers in the L tables baffle me.

You can use my base file. The Trims are all zeros. You could add 0.5 AFR to all the values in my table on a stock bike with no issues, I have it a little rich but that’s mostly because of the obscene dynamic compression level.

The PC-V table RPM going up to 9000 won’t effect anything and won’t let you rev that high.
 
So - today is THE day. New @Claviger modified TuneECU and PCV maps loaded. PCV pressure sensor recalibrated. We have Petrol Money - we have spare time. We have a reasonable day. 937hPa - about 20°c at 08:26. Logging on the return run.

Edit: Return - 933hPa and 30°C. Time for some food - then we start looking at the data.
