I'm still not sure how it is more dangerous than a sissy bar or driver's backrest.

Well I've decided to compromise with IMFASTTO, decided to make the bar 4 inches smaller .
I put ridges on top just in case I put napsack on back most likely will put a few holes on side for bungy cord for tie downs.
The finish is not perfect because it's just a proto type. I'll worry more when it's made out of metal.
Does this look better?
I was also thinking perhaps bend metal over for passenger seat as well, holes on top so seat can be easily taken off and put back on, under seat pan will be four rubber glides so will not scratch Chrome
So it becomes a two seater, or a one seater with rack.

Here is a picture with it on my bike with lower sports bar painted with chrome paint.
When I make it out of metal, will it look better all Chrome?
Or black with chrome sports bar?
Or would it look nicer orange to blend in with fender and the ridges on top black, and sport bar Chrome?
Oh and where the luggage rack screws on that I took off I'm going to make a spoiler, just to finish off my single sports look

Oh I did a spoiler to go where the luggage rack goes one day everything will be professionally painted the same colour .

Took some picture of my bike out side have not decided yet if this is the look I want , but I think it looks good
There be latches that pop out so if needed I could use a bungie cord to strap down stuff if needed.
In winter it will be made all out of aluminum including all my radiator covers I made and my front spoiler and finally will be all painted to match bike, or chromed.
But thinking I might Change the colour.

I agree. Never noticed it before. Looks like it runs the length of the chassis past the starter.
