Pissed that neither the Amazon or Motion Pro depict the bar diameter!
I went through this awhile ago finding nothing in 1 inch.
When this post came up I blindly jumped - apparently into the poop.

We are wanting a quick twist throttle for a 1 inch bar.

With out going down to the workshop and pulling my Twist grip assembly apart, does any know if there is room inside the switch block/twist grip housing to accept a larger diameter drum ?
One thing that would have to be taken into account is that the two cables are positioned to run straight onto the stock drum, a larger drum would require the cables being moved outwards to remain as a straight feed to the drum.

I might just have to pull it all apart, draw it up and see what can be done with it.
For me personally, I would want to retain the stock "look".

Nop - just poorly explained. The thing is many Harley cams are , oddly, faster than stock triumph.
And as the Triumph twist is pretty fast to start with - a bit more cam makes a difference. I'm off to find a vernier gauge. and the parts bin.

Measured my stock grip - 30,4mm OD at the cam = 95,5mm circum = 23,875mm travel in 90°

Cheapo Harley plastic tube 34mm OD = 106.8mm circum = 26.7 mm in 90°

Or put another way the Cheepo is 12% faster.

The CNC tubes I have are 33,3mm OD.

The Avon I can't remember - but a bit faster than stock too.

Point was that for a set of Rizoma you can try a shed load of cheepies.

How fast do you need it to be? - Done in metal the nipple retention barbs can be finer. 20% odd should be no issue at all. And that would be fast. It's a 2300cc 4 stroke not a binary off road 2 stroke.

Yes - it is not the first time I have mooched over this. I would like a variable cam tbh Slower low down and faster higher up.
