For anyone using a Power Commander and using it to adjust fueling:
Ensure you know the offest percent between what the PC-V reports and the TuneECU software is reading on throttle percent.
Example: I was running lean at 3% on the PC-V and adjusted the 2% column in TuneECU, and I was running rich at 1% so adjusted the 1% column in TuneECU.
Go ride the bike and it's worse! Trying to figure out why I plugged in both my Lonelec cable and fired up TuneECU and the PC-V and the powercommander software to compare TPS readings.
With ISCV adjusted to exactly 0.6 and 0.7, within tolerance, the PC-V reads 2% higher. Adjusting the software etc doesn't take it away. So for me, when I was seeing 1% on the PC-V and adjusting the 1% TuneECU column to take fuel away from an area I was rich I was actually removing fuel from the area indicated as 3% by the PC-V, so it was even leaner.
Mine has a 2% offset from 0-100%, it's always 2%. So, for example, if I'm rich in the 3% PC-V indicated area, I would actually remove fuel from the 1% column of TuneECU.
Just a heads up, check the offset between the software!!
