Congratulations on run, what is aluminum box in headlight area for? I'm sure you could refine/streamline given time.

Looks like some kind of aftercooler with oil/water lines to an ice box to cool the turbo/ oil.

Ding ding ding. It is the ice box for the intercooler. It was over the tail before, but that may have been causing a weight distribution issue... we moved it up front. The shape is intentionally awful... anything in front of the rider can be construed as "streamlining" if it even remotely looks like it, and some people would protest any records I set in that class if it looks like they could get away with it.

...bike with bodywork on it will have a much better tank.

The way this thing accelerates in 5th gear from 100-150, especially on dirt, is mind numbing.

I'm thinking about it... need to put brakes on it first! I worry about getting it stopped with anything less than a mile of shutdown.

Pretty sure that's the fastest one with a timeslip anywhere.

Only pics I have right now, taken as it was being built.... the little holes are where the -10AN male fittings went.
