There is a place in the US, Robinson Engineering, that back cuts the gears, machines for a heavier circlip, and also makes a billet 4th gear. You can ship them a transmission and they'll ship it back, if you're serious about it.

There are lots of similar places in Egypt and much cheaper. Dunno of the same quality though but if I have more technical details I can make them them do it.
