ebay rear wheel and tire

Yea, yea, yea, bunch of funny bastards !!!!!!

Caught one hanso!

Fishing is fun.

Ok. Canberra.
The main reason is I want to teach my wife to ride and I would not try it on a darkside. The other reason is I would like to have another wheel so that I can buff it to a chrome like finish.

Switch hitter? Warp9.9, you have been at that job too **** long. Time for a change.
Na nolton if I were using job lingo it would be something about the extra sugar in your tank:D Anyway just goofing and yes I have been on the job to long 2014 retirement is sounding good to me!!!!! I am seriously thinking of going before I get hurt. I aint getting younger and they aint getting older. One has to know when to quit. Personally I tried the dark side and could not find a reason to keep it. I admit it was cheaper then gettign put on a roll back and towed over 150 miles home but other then that it is just not a tire for a bike period. I do not need any degree to know that. If any of you ever road the bike at high speed and I mean high speed not screwing around criusing at 140 mph you would understand. Nuff said except to each his own.

With you there Nolton. I'd love to be able to give the wheels a good clean and buff. Also to try out other options if/when someone brings one onto the market.

And there's no way I'd want my missus riding a bike that was so difficult to manage at low speeds or around corners either. ;)

Just stirring........:) Trying to catch me another Hanso.....

I would not even let a less experienced rider ride darkside. Getting the air pressure right for another person is just too difficult.

The finish on my wheels is starting to dull and I wanted to be able to take my time buffing it and still ride. I had also thought about removing the black and having the whole thing look chrome.

the other day this guy kept harassing me so I told him if he didnt walk away now I would show him prison love. He left.:D

The main reason as stated before I would like to get anther set of wheels that I would like to do as I did on VFR 800 and that strip the black paint of the wheel and the hand polish the rough painted areas so the whole wheel / s are mirror smooth but this time I would take them to a place down in Victoria and have them Nickle plated, tougher than chrome and harder to damage while tyre changing so I am told.
When I did the VFR's back wheel the machined areas took many hours go remove All the machining let alone the rough cast area, did most of it with wheels on bike and lost a lot of knuckle skin so this time I want to do it with wheels off, uou can get the the platters to polish but it cost twice as much..... Good enough reason to do it my self!!

Being a darkside rider I can tell you that the car tire isn't all that it's made up to be. I'm a small guy compared to others and turning at slow speeds is a aggravating. I would like to have a darkside tire to run during the summer so I can smoke the tire and not feel like money is floating around in the air. And run a motorcycle tire during the winter.

If I could get past doing burnouts I would run a MC all of the time.
