One thing you can do with TuneECU is remove the limiters in the ECU that a power commander isn't capable of removing.

What kind of limiters are you referring to? When mine was in for PCV and dynotune, the tuner accessed the ECU, removing the top speed limiter and dropping the temp the fan comes on by 5°.

That's what I was saying. My 05 has a PC3 on it and I don't believe the tuner ever got into the ECU to adjust anything. I didn't have much faith in him anyway. I have a guy who I want to retune it but being off work since March I have to watch my pennies.
