CES Header & Crossover pipe

$650, will take the 2 &1/4 inch CES pipe and reduce it down to the OEM 1 &3/4 inch to fit the TORs

I have a aftermarket cross over (1 &3/4 inch) on the bike at the moment that I will be selling once the new setup is on
I'll buy the cross over when you are done with it mate

Finally ordered a CES header in 2 & 1/4 inch, along with a crossover to reduce down to 1 & 3/4 to fit onto the TOR's. Got the Beast booked into Mr Lush so he can fit and Dyno.......Pics to follow when its all done (after I get back from NZ in early October)
I have listened to the Remus exhaust system and I love the look and sound; has anyone had any experience with this system and do they make them for the 2005 r3 roadster, also does anyone know if this system removes the cat box.

Ok update.
Exhaust and crossover is not fitted as yet
I am going to see Neville tomorrow to see the problem for myself, then I will get in contact with Trevor at CES to see what can be sorted out.
From what Neville has told me, each of the 2 parts fit perfectly on their own, but when you try and match them up the crossover does not match up with the mounting points (sitting much further back than it should), which then brings it to within about 10mm of the rear wheel.
Given the $$$$ involved I want to see what is going on before Neville does any cutting of pipes etc, and frankly I expected it all to go together with no problem at all given the excellent feedback that has been given on the CES product.
So pretty much highly pi++ed off at the moment...............

Roadsters are 2010 onwards with abs brakes . No such thing as a 2005 roadster it's either standard or classic . Not trying to be pedantic it will just save you headaches when ordering stuff that doesn't suit both

I think mine was cut Mike.

Yes I just got a email from Neville stating that after speaking with Trevor, there will have to be a couple of cuts made, going to go see Neville tomorrow and get some pictures etc, but its looking like the "jig" for making the crossover may have been out.
Following is part of the email Neville sent me...... "I am confident of it fitting with some mods. Trevor has given me the go ahead to do this. They have never done a big bore crossover before, so did it off the jig, which is obviously not correct. I need to carefully shorten the header and alter part of the crossover."
I trust Neville's assessment and am sure it will get sorted, just going to take abit longer than anticipated for something that should have basically been "plug and play".
