CES Header & Crossover pipe

NP Ken, I seem to remember someone saying that the Triumph crossover is the same part# on both the roadster and the touring, will PM you when all done which will be when I get back from NZ in the first week of October

Yep it is the same thing. Roadster and Touring have the same crossover pipe. It's been awhile but I had a picture of my OEM crossover and another member had his. Long story short it was the same thing after we compared and investigated it further.

I am already getting exited how good it's going to sound with out the baffle box abomination slung off the cross over pipe,:cool::cool::)

Abomination removed! Now the Rocket is hulking...

It should be mentioned that beating the abomination was not an easy task in my case. The mechanics were struggling and swearing just like the Hulk from that picture, to make the crossover fit the TOR's. While the headers were a perfect fit, the crossover seemingly wasn't.
It's worth it, though.

Facing a similar problem...............

I love a challenge that's why I married a girl from Sicily, :inlove:inlove:)
LOL
Mr Lush is facing the challenge, I am just hoping it gets sorted, going to ring Trevor at CES in the morning and ask him to ring Neville to discuss the problem, I can't to bugger all as I am on a plane out of Oz at 10am tomorrow for 10 days.....................
Just hoping its all sorted and the bike is ready when I get back.................

Exhaust systems are a black art ,anyone with a tube bender and a Mig can join up two ends ,the trick is to do it, neatly without sacrificing clearance or restricting the gas flow ,from what I have heard and read regarding Mr Lush and Trevor your bike is in safe hands.
