Carpenter 210+ VS 240+ on the street

Well I called Carpenter (Again... those poor guys have got to be sick of me by now) and I may have been talked into the 240+... with my reband pipe I know I may not get max power, but I'm not ready to change pipes again and I think it'll flow better than most anyway. If I need to get different filters before heading down there it may be a problem.

The reband pipe maybe a FEW hp less than the brute at top end, but I imagine it would add torque for majority of the rpm band.
 
I just ordered some RX-4040-1 filters. Hopefully they'll do the trick and I won't have to ride with my knee cocked out like crazy!

I have a 240+in a 2012 Roadster and I run reg pump gas very streetable and civil until you open the throttle and all hell breaks loose
