Black Bear Claw?

I consider the air box cover an accent piece, Rocket signature. Not something I'd want to black out. I candied mine...

Ro6ert - have you seen Busajacks forks?

They look really cool in black also.

And I've got a set of complete exhausts coming - in black, of course.

Do you think we have a Goth thing going?

Busajack, that is one sharp bike. I've never been particularly enamored of black cycles and didn't care for the 3-filter/no cover look, but I'm rethinking both... Do you have more pics posted? And, I apologize because I'm sure you've been asked this a thousand times, but what's the piece in front of the ignition switch, behind/above the lights? What's the canister on the side behind the oil tank? And, who did the custom paint?

Ratpick

Yo Rat,,The little guy in front of the ign.switch Is my navigator. TeHe The polished canister is now the rad. over flow disguised to look like a nitrous bottle..(old ladys hair spray cans) Yes one of my hobbys is custom painting for the last 50 yrs. And the forks are covered with vinyl..No ripping the front end apart for power coating or paint...Bugs slide right off.. Jack

Is the vinyl fabric or tape? Hell I thought it was powder coated, Looks great. How bout the bottom of the forks, whats that covered with? Oh and while I'm asking, what is your mud flap on the front fender made of and how is it attached?

Ro6ert,

The only thing on this bike that I truly hate is that chrome bearclaw. I was planning on painting it black this summer but just saw whatever contraption Gary has going on and like it a lot! What is it?
