Bit warm.......
If you are getting a hot right leg on a stock exhaust you might be running lean or go to the doctor for a check up now if you are running an after market system(full system not slip on) then yes you are going to get a hot right leg.
 
I have a full jardine exhaust, and yea in summer the right leg can pretty toasty, especially if stuck in a traffic jam

Not an issue in Buffalo, NY, but I have noticed it in hotter climates, yes.
 
Mostly normal, depends on ambient temps and your speed of travel.

It should be comfortable with the temps at anything over 25mph, Even in a hot areas or whether
