Does any one know if a 245 car tyre would be likely to rub on a rocket that has been lowered 2''

Most certainly will when I had a 245/55 with my std height Fornales I forgot to put extra air when I went on trip with trailer and wife on back shocks bottom out on a big bump not far from home and tyre hit rear fender and tore wiring to taillight/indicators in one hit so yes it would hit especially 2 inch lowered I would even be watching the wiring with a bike tyre

I have never had a problem with 245/50 and as I said I had my shocks too low in Air Pressure, I think you could Also run into trouble lowered 2" so watch your wiring under the rear guard
It has never been about looks or $ I run a CT for the saftey the Metz could Not Offer I have 20mm extra height in the rear shocks and still manage to scrape

Sensei,
The first seven words you have written that I disagree with.
Each to his own, Amigo, or as my wife says, "five fingers" - They be all similar and do similar things yet are indeed very different.
