Usable Fuel Tank Capacity

My 2006 Standard is said to hold 6.3 US gallons. I have never run out but I have filled up with 6.0, 6.1 and 6.2 gallons several times. Bike always ran fine, no signs of fuel starvation.

When I got my 05 it only had TORS & Triumph dealer tune for that - Got around 210-220 miles on a tank. Now with RamAir & a HansO tune I stretch it to get 145-150 miles on a tank. And yea, it's worth it :thumbsup:

Keep that in mind tomorrow @Steel :D
Ima need to stop for petro @ 130 please

Clint,
That is NOT right!!!
WAY too much decline in mpg!
You NEED a proper dyno tune!
Come to the northwest this July!!!

My low light comes on with a claimed 50 miles of range left...and at that point I can put in a bit over 5 gallons.

My low light illuminates at 50 miles as well.
I can run it down to 0 and another 20 -25 miles before it quits.

Ha ha! Great running-out-of-fuel-and-pushing-a-900lb-bike story!
But should a guy of your advanced age really be riding —and/or pushing—such a large & dangerous bike? Maybe you can look into a Honda Rebel 250. :D
Well, at least you know for certain what its capacity is now.

WTF?
50 = "advanced age" ?!?!?
Danger, Will Robinson!
