Tried to purchase the Classic floorboard kit A9758081 over the past couple of days and been told Triumph no longer offer this kit and can only now supply the standard floorboard kit A9758085.

I really wanted the classic kit as they are lower and on less of an angle.:confused::confused:

And they would scrape earlier!!!! I put the std floorboard kit and find they are great and considering as to that I used to scrape the std pegs all the time and then the boards I have now reduced that by going 20mm over std length shocks so have extra corner clearance but if you really want them try giving a NCY in the states a call their number is 001117604329501 from your home phone (calls are quite cheap) and ask for Jason in spares tell him Hans sent you he will look after you tell him you want the classic with the big brake pedal or give him the part number he's a top dude

I have spoke with NCY and they said not available. I would have to buy all the parts separately as spare parts which would cost nearly 3 time the price of the kit.

Well that SUX, once again, planned obsolescence. I have an 06 Classic so when the rust takes over I'm screwed. Thanks once again Triumph. I'm going to look at Ducati's.

well that a bugger sorry he was able to get them last year when I got mine:(

They are sex on wheels. Sat on one a while ago and it was delicious. More power than a Rocket, 2/3 the torque and just a little over half the weight. Still, I bet you anything you like you wouldn't enjoy the overall experience as much. For a start, you'd have to get the monogrammed leathers and start drinking cafe lattes. Is that really you????

You can still buy replacement parts for the classic floorboards, just not in kit form.

$200 for just 1 foot rail and you could see how expensive it could become.

I've got a near new complete set of floorboards, the rails , brake pedal , gear change , the whole kit still in the original box ..... $400 if you're interested.

Have you noticed any difference when turning in. lifting the back 20ml would steepen the fork angle resulting inless trail and quicker change of direction. But mabey less stable at high speed?
