My rocket has the cat delete, other than than that a drop in K&N its stock, I can tell it's leaned out more than it should be. Anyone close by set up to do tunes? Or any advice? I'm no stranger to Dynojet PC's but I'd rather not go that route if I dont have too.

Go and Read the TuneECU threads buy yourself the cable (about $20) and send me your E-mail and I will send a Tune given to me by one of our other members here that is ideal for your setup and year model

Go to triumphrat.net and search( tune ecu) the second post will be tune ecu install for dummies that's what I used, it worked and I am dumb when it comes to computers.

Downloaded the program, read through the thread on it, did everything I could as closely as possible to the directions lol. Tune ECU site isnt very well thought out but I think I got it right.

Heres all I see, no run, no open... lol.

The picture above looks like driver files. Are you using a laptop for this? What operating system? I have an instruction sheet for installing drivers. It's in word but I can't get this piece of crap to upload anything. I can email it to you. Tom Hamburg made a better version as a pdf but I can't find it on the TuneECU site.

You need to go to downloads on the TuneECU site and download the program and unzip it in its own folder.

Then create another folder for the drivers.
