Which Progressive Shock

Gday guys

aint been on in an age, had to give the misses the boot :D and not been doing much since then other than sorting my **** out ;).

So now that there is some extra money around - not much but some, I'm looking to replace the rear shocks on my 2011 R3R . I regularly country ride in WA 1 up and occasionally two up and i am sick of even at 1 up getting smashed through my back when I hit a bump or dip.

So should I go eBay Australia: Buy new & used fashion, electronics & home d

or here eBay Australia: Buy new & used fashion, electronics & home d

the second are clearly more expensive but are they worth the extra??

Cheers

Simo
I put willbergs front and back after seeing how many riders switched at the R3 meet in bad bruckenau I gave my weight and they sprung the thing just right truly a superior product bit expensive yes but worth it to me

I have Hagon Nitro on mine, fully set up for my weight with custom springs as I am a big bloke. Hagon were excellent and quick. Also got new springs for the front too and the new setup made the bike handle much much better

What you guys reckon to new fork springs too, been looking at the wilbers site but its being maintained do they do springs - or nayone got recommends??

Not sure how progressive operate now but back a few years ago if you spent the money and went with the 440s you had a lifetime warranty if you were a cheeeep skate and went with the inferior 412 or was it 418s you got what you bought.

Guess it's kinda like booze, eh kiltman?
They all make sh*t; but, if'n ya pay out the serious moola some good stuff can be had.;)
The single Progressive on my V2K works awesome. I was assuming the same for the R3R.
WRONG - i called and because I had rode them for about 100 miles, I was SOL.
Oh well, there are other fish in the pond.

Your right,,,,,don't be cheap

I have a bud that went with progressives on the touring,,,,and went with the 1" drop so that he could handle the bike better when stopped or backing up. I think he has about 15k on them now with no problems.....but they are the 440's

Slighty gutted that i ordered them put down the deposit and then finally got an email from the US supplier and they are $500 cheaper  - too late now tho :(

Bugger ... must be like the Fournales , half the price if you purchase from the UK supplier as opposed to the Greedy Frog from Frecinet

Reckon once you get the Wilbers dialled in you won't regret the purchase. Ponters has Wilbers internals in his front forks ... it's planted believe me ;)
