Upgrade Marking?

Does anyone know if the Rockets that have received the Upgrade Kit have on them any indication of said kit being installed? Something like a number or symbol punched into the cases anywhere? Various manufacturers have done similar in the past. It would make it easier to tell if a used Rocket one is looking at has been upgraded.

Mine has a distinct lack of grinding and squealing after the upgrade :lol:

You make a good point though; is this information that you could reliably get from a seller? Perhaps not.

I'd be interested in finding out myself. I do know that the rear most plate on the LH side of the engine was replaced on mine as part of the upgrade kit. What I don't know is whether or not it has any external PN that could be used to differentiate between an old and new rev'd part.

Hmm, maybe there is a slight visible difference in that plate.
A used Rocket with the confirmed upgrade would make for a desirable used purchase I would think.
