I would also like some input on the wave washer it is about 15mm inside and the shaft is 13mm, the other end where the roller bearing is on is 17mm? Should I be concerned or is this difference the same on all of them, just doesn't seem right?

Thank you I will look into getting the other shaft, sometimes it's a little pricey over here on the other side of the pond.

Yeah that's ok, the wavey washer goes between the pullrod and the clutch nut on input shaft, to dampen the pullrod bouncing around. The pullrod needs to have play when lever not pulled so as to not interfere with clutch pressure.
