Another motorcycle overhaul and another owner who doesn’t want to hear about a new TPS. It will still end with a TPS replacement. As always…

Turns out it was the coil over conversion causing issues, we used known good TPSs off another bike for testing and had the same issue as already covered in this thread. Issue is now gone with the original TPSs still in place. So..... maybe not as always hey?

Don’t be upset; sooner or later you’ll still have to change the TPS.
