update lost power

ok not good news for the home team talked to my service manger today and after taliking to my extended warranty people and going through 3 of their supervisors they have decline my claim i also talked to them after work and no nice but still going to fight it
but on a lighter side triumph is willling to drop the price of the final drive from $2700 to $600 which is gonna bring my cost of getting it fixed to bout $1500

so your final drive kicked the bucket?? not the driveshaft?? if it is the final drive, what happened to it??

mine went bad a couple of years ago had to replace it the factory rep tried to tell that I had water in my rear end grease, which I ended up having a large dispute about and they finally replaced it. Have you had the output shaft problems if so they were supposed to check the rear end differential a lot of them do not

O the way I understand it is the driveshaft splines went out and that is what caused the rest of the damage

No rear shaft problems before this happen
