Tune ECU / PCV help

if you click get map, the 0 map comes up ,yes.and you did send the map to the PC.

you could down load the 00 map name it different and try installing it again just in case you have corrupted the other one you had.

If your R3R a real model 2012 is (model up to VIN # 574812), use the map for the production silencer (20352), for the aftermarket silencers e.g. TORS, please use the map 20355.

Now load the PC-V zerro-map on the Power Commander-V.

Now put the adaptation with TuneECU back and start the engine, let the motor run at idle until the green "TPS light" in TuneECU appears. In this process, do not touch the throttle.

If you reset the Adaption want to perform with the 12 Mintuten Tune, they proceed as follows:
1. Ensure the transmission is in neutral.
2. Ensure the ECM has no stored faults (DTCs).
3. WITHOUT TOUCHING THE THROTTLE, start the engine and allow it to warm up to 90°C (Coolant temperature) .
4. Leave the engine to idle for a further 12 minutes. Now have fun.

Does your bike a VIN greater as 574812, then it is a model 2013.
For this model with production silencer, the map "20685" is required.
For this model with aftermarket silencers e.g. TORS, the map "20688" is required.

Great reply from Tom.

Hanso has a 2008 R3 - If he's sent you the map from his bike and if you've put that map into a 2012 roadster Triumph ECU - there is no way it will work.

If it's still under warranty - get thee to your dealer.

BUT if it were me I'd put the ORIGINAL TRIUMPH MAP BACK IN and remove the PCV before you call them.
