tune ecu cant load

Ok got the cable today and have tried to load tune ecu but I cant do it I dont not know what I'm doing wrong but can not get the **** program to load anyone have a link on how to do it I did down load from the web site but when I open the files it says no program to open the dll to install it and I have to do that to load the program tried to load from the disk that came with it and it wont load from it either I bought the cable that was the good one someone just shot me it would be easier I think

I'm in Muncie but I want to give a BIG thank you to Waynn tripp he spent 1 hour on the phone with me did get it loaded up so that is great it still does not see ecu but he said to call him in the morning and he will help me with that a thank you to warp as well and for the offer to help we will have to meet up sometime this year I get up to merryville sometimes and also south heights as well over on souix trail it's not spelled right but if your from that area I think you know the road lol

Don't know why but came out to the barn this morning and hooked up the laptop and cable and it worked just fine all I did different is turned off my internet on laptop so I think I'm good

No Need to thank me as I know nothing about tune ecu. I am a staunch Tune Boy supporter and always will be no matter how much it cost. I just knew a couple guys on the site that have played with it before. Personally I think its a hacked program which is why you cannot get expanded maps or the special stuff like I get from Wayne at tuneboy but will not go imto thst. He is diligently working with me on the V3 live tuning. it has so many extras in it I can say everyother software is like cave man stuff. soon I should have the live auto tuning set up on Gracie whith multiple map switching. His stuff has launch control for drag racingalong with speed shifting. Tht being said You can see why Carpenter Racing and I support Tune Boy. I cannot thank Wayne McDonald Brad and eEmma enough ffor sharing this with me.

Just a update we talked this morning all was good kill switch was off on bike then he walked me through unrestricteing the first three gears was icy this morning but in the morning Sat. I will test ride it I am interested in that program warp when he gets it done I might have to go see him as get it up and going on mine have not deiced with mine being a touring
