I demoed the vrod with mid controls when I was eager to unload my sportster and above 4k it pulled nice, real nice and it had the best brakes on any harley i'd rode before it, but I didn't care for the way it didn't handle and the lack of low end power. WRONG A FRIEND owns a Screaming Eagle V ROD the most powerful model and he weighs only 120LBs I weighed 210 when I beat him with my 09 Classic 4 times in 1 day

When the Rocket came out a mc mag tested it against the vrod and vmax. The quarter times for all were nearly the same. Of course these were all stock. Pro Stock V-Rods have broken 7 seconds.

You claimed a V-Rod could grease a Roadster.

THE PRO STOCK V ROD doesn't have one stock part and are completely custom aftermarket race engines so don't even mention that being a Harley product that's a joke

I'm not an H-D guy at all. I will give them 1 accolade though. They sure do have a great paint choice. I wish the other makes offered as many color choices.

The Destroyer was also sub 9. You can't build mods that are useless except for drag racing then complain when someone else makes a faster bike. IMHO, the Rocket is not an ideal racing platform.

YES the new max is highly tuned from the factory making 160+ hp And I love beating them with my modded 250 HP ROCKET ROADSTER
