Triple K and N intake noise solutions ????

Detonation sends a shock thru the piston rods and to the crank shaft with the affects like a sledge hammer.

results can very but would end up like this. Below is Les's crank after detonating on the TTS dyno

IMO you can also create the similar sledge hammer affects in the tranny by using a lock up clutch.

Perd's and Frocket have found out the hard way.

IMO the Rocket does not need a lock up just good springs and MTC fibers.

Something has to give a little in the drive line or you will be hammering the front of the tranny shaft sending the violent impact thru the gear train. If the clutch does not slip or the tire the only thing that can give is gears and bearings.

Anybody with a Rocket II would probably like to have that crank !

That'd give you a roughly 90 cu in twin which would be unbalanced, vibrate like hell, would be underpowered , have a really "distinctive" sound and bits would fall off.
Who would want such a thing;)
