I launched myself and a YZ250 so good back in the 70s that half way through the second flip on the way up I saw the tops of the trees go past. Reckon that was about the 25 foot line.
Yeah tis scary stuff...specially in the dark!!waiting for a tree or such like to come screaming at you!...i landed on my head luckily!!...well face first into soft dirt and fern...stood up and spat the dirt out and the bike arrived sliding into me!
Thing is, we get back up and get back on.You will be doing the same trust me...might still be hurting but the need and desire is strong..
My first RAA, I think of as the sheep RAA, first everyone was kidding Dave about sheep, then on the ride home we saw a sheep standing in the back of a parked pickup, then saw an ad in a local paper for a sheep, really weird, it was free but only if it was a house pet or something like that.
No pictures in that ad. Despite what you might think from reading here, Dave is actually about the only normal one in the bunch of us. Well, less abnormal anyway.
