There WILL be 2015 Tourings

Really shows how tastes differ, I think the blue on blue Touring is by far the most bland color choice I've seen on it. But to each his own.

I called Triumph North America customer service this morning. Spoke with Brad. I told him about the rumor that there will not be 2015 Tourings. He said that he had not heard that but put me on hold for his supervisor. Eric came on. He assured me the Touring is "alive and well" being produced in Hinkley UK.

Guess only time will tell who has the got good oil .. Brad and Eric the Yanks or Chris the Aussie .. when the 2015 Triumphs get rolled out we'll all know hey.

I'm flying to Hinkley next week, apply, and get a position as Production Manager, sneak around the plant, find the paper work on 2015 models, head to the Rocket line, take a pic of the VIN with correct papers, fly to Albany Aus. learn the language, find a bloke named Tomcat, try to hold him down, convince him there will be 2015 Tourings. Make him buy me a Fosters.

I'm not aware that the Touring is continued, this is news to me.

Last information I had was that they are stopping production on the Roadster by the end of this year too because of the Euro 5 exhaust regulations.
I guess that this is basically a "european problem" and that they might continue production for oversea markets...this means I can get spare parts...at least
