Stock Roadster Pipes

Just FYI for reference -
With my CES header and muffler, I had to do some cutting and welding to tuck the can inward closer to the rear axle for additional clearance.
Not a biggie.

I'm curious how this turns out looks wise. I too was not crazy about the size or shape of the stock cans on the roadster but have grown used to it now. I thought it might look a little better proportioned with the touring pipes? I ended up with Paul's header and crossover and de-cated the stock pipes. I can definitely attest to the fit, finish and performance increase from Paul's work. Really cool bottom end grunt!

Make sure you post pic's if you follow through with this idea!

Someone should start making the Jardine mufflers again, ditch the Jardine header and replace with something better and you may have a good seller????
I have done this and gained an extra 8hp over the 223hp I had before this change.

Mittsy, thanks for the reply, I know once I start mods I will fall into the black hole.. I was hoping I could find someone that maybe had found a way to roll down or lower the stock pipes somehow. It might be that I let the stockers grow on me or start the mods. Hahaha, Thanks again

I'm working on this.
Both as a "slip on" to the stock header, and of coarse onto my own free flow header.
The length of the muffler can be varied to suit Customers tastes.
