Maybe, but I think your footrests will touch down first.
The front part of the muffler is the lowest point so anything rearward of that will not be any lower so cornering clearance should be fine.
Any Touring Riders care to comment here ?
The problem will be that when you rotate the R/H Muffler lower, the heat shield/cover is not going line up properly, I guess this could be modified to suit tho'
The L/H side will be fine as the cover there will rotate with the muffler.
Just FYI for reference -
With my CES header and muffler, I had to do some cutting and welding to tuck the can inward closer to the rear axle for additional clearance.
Not a biggie.
