Starting relay.
That is illegal. Harley got into trouble doing the same thing. Now you got me worried. I paid a lot of money for a cam chain that i thought was made in Germany. Going to research this and find out exactly where the chain was made.

With BREXIT on its way some time in the next year or decade they may be able to import them tariff free direct from China instead of via a "Value Adding" rest stop in Germany. There each relay was unpacked from a box of hundreds and they got put in their own bag with a printed in Germany label and voila they are now German EU products for tariff wall protection and pricing.
