sidecar owners - help

upper mount

2011_11030033 (320x240).jpg Sorry I can't help you. I made my own mounts and went further back with the upper rear mount. I am still using the stock triple trees and do find the steering stiff but not unbearable. I slid the forks up as far as I could in the trees for a little less trail. Longer rear shocks and a taller rear tire would help a little also. Can't seem to justify $1200.00 or so on the triple trees.

For anyone interested: The shock mount must be drilled out, or cut off and drilled out, tapped, and rethreaded. After I did it, I confirmed that as the right procedure.
