I had a dealer install the heads and he did say that there was an ECU update. I had the TORS before the sidewinders.

Might an 'ECU update' have erased the tune carpenter had loaded into the bike?

Sorry to hear about your problems I to have the 210 kit and I currently have TORs on my bike, get mad at the sidewinders and throw them my way.
When you have a tune conflict or in my case it was a corrupt tune it really sucks, have you tried reloading another tune?
