If confession is good for the soul, then I must confess that riding the twisties has never been my strong point, in fact you could say I downright suck at them.
It never became so apparent however until I bought my R3 Touring, It just feels heavier at lower speeds than any of my other bikes.
I test drove the Roadster recently and in fact purchased it, ( but haven't taken delivery yet.)
My first impression of the Roadster for what its worth, is that in the very short test ride it felt lighter and more responsive than my Touring.
With that said there are plenty of members here who have the Touring and whose skill levels far exceed mine, that ride the hell out of the twisties.
My suggestion is to find a Touring and test ride it and judge for your self.
And then go buy a speed triple
