I'm looking for my 2008 Rocket III Touring, the risers RIVCO TR3017-TR . Does anyone sell them? Thanks.

You'll have to source those used as Rivco no longer makes them. Ebay or salvage yard would be your best bets.

Unfortunately, you can't find anything used even on eBay.
