Rivco risers and Standard handlebars for the Touring

I think this is the solution I've been looking for, for the awkward wrist angle. It's only day one, but I like it so far. It's weird but you feel more balanced and stable through turns with this setup on the Touring. I think the extra leverage you get with your low arm just makes everything feel more right. Anyway... thanks to @Jay, and Just Rockets in the UK for helping me source these things :)

I knew within the first 120 seconds of riding my bike I needed risers, and that was a couple years ago so these were easier to find. They made all the difference for me as well. 2 inches back, 2 up, and I could turn the bars down at the ends to get a straight relaxed wrist. 10+ hour runs are like riding a couch these days. But I still think I should install the MCCruise real cruise control on the bike, just haven't been feeling working on the bike much lately.
 
Risers weren't enough for me, still couldn't stand the wrist angle. If you can find a set of Classic bars, it was probably the single best modification I did to the bike, and I did a lot of modifications, to say the least. Definitely need the risers along with them
