I learned something about myself and my bike last weekend as i was coming home from the wet side of washington. It seems as though i get uncomfortable after about 110-130 miles and need a break. I also learned that when i made my arse slide back and my back go straight i was able to ride for longer periods of time (sitting on my tailbone naturally. sliding back has me sitting on my arse more).
I am thinking about how to make this more comfortable for me and my passenger and have come up with a couple of ideas.
3) take the bike to a custom upholstery shop and shell out big $$ to get a seat custom formed for my passenger and my particular body.
You live pretty close to one of the best custom seat makers in the country.:bch:
He did an outstanding custom seat on a friend of mines R3T
