Heh! Heh! Heh!
I already have one of the best around, Nels Byersdorf, owner of 2 Wheel DynoWorks.
Have used Nels a number of times and brought him many satisfied customers.
I now have trip RU2780s and CES headers. After installing the Ram Air I shall get another dyno ASAP and compare the differences, if any.

If the bike starts its "SC tuned"...No dyno for 250 miles and I will use my Butt Dyno and a laptop/TuneECU once I put my RAMAIR and DP AFR+ on. Like what could go wrong?
When Nels tuned both Patrick and my bikes, he felt that my CES breathed better than his Jardines, but his Ram Air gained some on my K&N. So, I am hoping for a small gain with the Ram Air.

I just received a Ram Air and shall install soon. I also will get it re tuned on the dyno for comparison purposes.
If you use Tune ECU with a competent tuner on a dyno, you don't need a Power Commander. @albertaduke has Jardines and a RamAir on his Rocket. He also had it tuned on a dyno with me.
You might contact Patrick.
I Have Ramair with Power Commander. Did a Tuneecu tune so i could open the rev limiter and also the speed limiter( Can't do that with Power Commander) then overlaid the dyno tune on top. Because the rubber lips on the Ramair have broken due to me over tightening them (only needs 5nm) i am installing 3 k&n filters and chopping the bearclaw...will post some clips once all done....hoping the k&n s do the bizzo!

Depending on your needs, if your engine is stock the RU2780 work fine. I'm just experimenting with the Ram Air to see how it compares on the dyno.
I'm told the larger K&Ns that require bear claw trimming do better, but i have not seen the dyno proof on a stock engine.

Got the unit in the mail from UK. Came fast...ordered directly from RAMAIR. Aprox 150 USD with shipping..not to bad as going to stock style K/N is 70.00 I'm good with the cost.....anyhow I think once I have it installed, I will change out plugs, silicone the wires (old school thinking) make the new hole into something useful under the seat..storage whatever, and I just downloaded tune ECU and have a couple of Jardine maps I was sent by some folks already. I need to recalibrate my speedo as it reads high anyway (aprox 5 miles after than what my actual speed is at 60 MPH) and I just found out I can calibrate my speedo using ECU. Just need to play poke and hope with the needed cable..hear some folks got some lemons form HKG..shocking....
