In order to meet specifications the Core was placed in a fixture and tested. Proof tested at what ever the Rocket rides at under maximum conditions. Then after everything was welded it was soaped checked at 15 to 20 PSI. Leaks fixed. Saw a few leak repairs. Then proofed again at what ever the PSI is for running a radiator on a rocket. Standard stuff.

Left hand side up on top between brackets(first pic) and right hand side on top a couple of inches in(second pic). No big deal. Steve you have to remember I am also a Class 4 weld inspector. Most folks would never see that. It just means they did a good job.
