Just installed trip K&N's with previously installed Jardine exhaust system. Thanks to Wayne and Hans for their help trying to get this monster tuned. Unfortunately Hans map did not work for my ride. Anyone else out there that has a TuneEcu map that I can try until I can get down to Wayne for a proper Dyno? Any help would be appreciated.

Dennis

I have a Tuneboy tune for that set up, but I got it from Wayne. If he had a way to convert Tuneboy to TuneECU tunes I'm sure he would have given it to you to try.

Yep, that's the problem, he's checked and does not have a TuneEcu map, only Tuneboy. I'm just looking for something until I can get down to Birmingham and have it properly tuned.

R3T Jardines

Hi Dennis
Here is a tune for your R3T Jardines
I cannot remember the power I think it was 140Hp+ Torque at 154+
Let me know your results

Thanks Bruce, got it in there and she sounds pretty good, still some decel popping but I think it's gonna happen with the Jardines. Have an appointment to see Wayne on the 30th.

Bruce, Thanks again for the map, it matched my bike very well per Wayne. He made several adjustments especially for the decel popping. Also found that I had an exhaust leak which probably was contributing. Peaked out at 139.1 BHP at 6005 RPM and 137.3 Ft/Lbs at 4002 RPM. That was before the exhaust leak was fixed. He uses a EC997a Eddy Current Dynamometer. Had my first REAL ride today for about 90 miles. Temperature was around 92 degrees and HUMID! Awesome acceleration and very little decel popping which was my biggest concern.

I'm enjoying it, Thanks Again Wayne, (I know you'll read this post) Great guy, and so is Shane, worth the drive if your serious about your performance and your bike and can make the Tripp.

Bruce, many thanks for posting the tune from your bike. I plan on doing trip K&N's but not the Jardines. I currently have the TORS, and will end up with two of the long 2-into-1 exhausts off of a Harley Touring. Word is that the tune for the trips with K&N's and aftermarket exhaust is a 90% solution until I can get it professionaly done.

Again, many thanks!!

I just bought a 2010 Triumph Rocket III Touring and have ordered the Jardine pipes through the dealer. Dealer is going to install and tune it for me. I doubt they have the tunes for that even though they are Triumph Dealers. Can you please guide me through the whole process, so that I can discuss with them. Also, it will be a really big favor if you can post a video of how the Jardines sound on a Touring. There is one brief video on Youtube and the guy never revs up to show how the bike sounds on high revs.
