PCV & A/T issues, need some guidance

Well today a did 120 km ride, since reloaded the same Hanso 20 AF map with the the 14.2 to 13.6 adjustment.
I did not experience the hesitation but that's happened before, it really comes on after a much longer ride.

It came back again.
NOver the last two days I did a 1400km ride, for the first 600 km I thought the hesitation issue was gone then when cruising along at exactly 2500rpm I went to wind the throttle on and bang the hesitation started and it stayed that way all the way home. It seemed to only occur in 5th gear.
I also think the bike was using more fuel.
Two other strange issues, the fuel light always came on at 240km but on this ride it came on 210km, at the last fill the fuel gauge calculated the distance to empty as 440km, it's never calculated the distance on a full tank at more than 350km.

I will have start all the checks again. Might check for any fail codes, the recheck the TPS and check all the electrical contentions on the PCV & A/T.
