OTHER APPEALING BIKES

I've looked at many of these bikes and with the ever changing style/s - it's a tough call. The FJR is coming out in a 1400 so if you're looking at those, might be worth the wait.

Notice how bikes vary with hp, cc's, and speed. More hp does not necessarily mean faster. Our 2.5l r3 have 165 hp, weigh about 165, and the fjr 2021 has I think 142 hp. Weighs about the same and is just as fast or faster. 2500cc vs 1300cc. Gearing difference? I have no knowledge of the reasons as others do.
Cool they are increasing power on fjr.

Everyone always misses their first bike.

I agree bro but they are very different riding styles... the fjr has always caught my eye and if they produce the 1400 cc version, it will be interesting to see how its received

I found two magazine 1/4 mile tests for the fjr - 10.9x
And one for the rocket 3 - 11.0x. (there's also one by a top pro drag racer who got a 10.68)

The fjr has a bit of a weight advantage, and the triumph has a bit of a power advantage.

I looked too, but that's an older fjr, nothing yet on the 1400
