Battery is setting at 85 percent charge and 13.5 volts. Not going to do a **** thing until it reaches 100 percent. Know that Harley's will do and read funny stuff at times with a battery not fully charged have a feeling the rocket ain't no different.

installed new battery. have no power at all connection leading to tank. Four point connection pin and ain't got jack. Do have headlights. Looking for suggestions. Had no problem starting bike from the get go just no headlights. Now have headlights but no fuel pump At this point just laughing WTF

Safe it my man. Bought a 2010 Harley fat-boy brand new. Amazing as it sounds did 87,000 miles before a hiccup. Why am i wasting my time? Might as well be talking french to a bunch of Englishmen. So we will try again. Any relationship to wiring of headlights to fuel pump?

The only place I can see those circuits getting close is at the ignition switch but you already replaced that. Can you feel the fuel pump relay click when you turn on the key?
