My Rocket turning into a Harley ,,,,,,help,,,,

The main problem Lupe is that u have been parking ur rocket to close to ur Harley and its starting to rub off on the rocket :roll::roll::roll:
Seriously tho hope u find the problem and somewhere on here I have pix posted of when I told my fuel filter out

You might have to trade it in on a Roadster or Trophy to get it fixed.

Could be a few things but I would start with a fuel filter first.

... Can you post screen shot of Diag screen with bike idling?
(Open up all the tabs in left margin)

That was with regard to TuneECU of course
Can you get that sometime when you have a chance?
May clue us in to what is going on

The static image won't tell us anything about the dynamic situation, or the Fuel Pressure of course, but may still yield some clues.

Make sure it's at operating temp (so is in closed loop) then look at the O2 signal to see if it is swinging; if it is starved or air or fuel, it will be either pegged rich or lean, so may give you an insight there.
Also take a look at the TPS (engine off, ignition only) across its range;
And take a look at the MAP sensor readings

Changing the fuel filter will give you a great opportunity to clean and check your tank. When you turn you ign on and the gauges sweep - you can hear your fuel pump run up giving your fuel system pressure for start up does the fuel pump sound as it always has? Fuel pumps are pretty cheap unless you buy them from Triumph. You can find them on ebay.

That would be refreshing.
Replacing the fuel pump/filter in my V2K tank cost me $500!
