I 100% believe I wouldn’t be alive without HH pads. They have enough strength to activate ABS well north of 120mph if you squeeze

I have a sound like the noise cicadas makes, especially when I apply the brakes but only from the front. I can it while normal riding too but it is much more faint.

Pretty good description of the HH sound. Might just be more pronounced with HH pads.

really appreciate the wisdom everyone; i thought maybe i did something wrong with my brake install but i guess totally normal to have this minor noise; i would rather have a little sound and less cleanup on wheels any day as they are a major PIA to clean. Do want to pass on that blackrock stuff on the factor leather panniers is very good; just a little on your finger tips over the leather will save your bags they have given mine new life.. its called leather 'n' rich i do not sell this product and am not benefited at all in this endorsement- i just know it saved my factory cases
