Ok so just changed to a different app and reinput all fuel data. Results are pleasing. Averaging 36.38MPG or 6.47l/100kms...Magic.

Hi I'm going to try this app. My fuel light did come on at 160km, soince I fitted PCV and AT I expected better economy, now it comes on at 140km. I may have upset the level sensor in the petrol tank when I had it off I'm thinking, left the tank standing on end and cam run another 100km easy with light on. Tis would be actual proof it its accurate?

My fuel light comes on and says I have 85 Klms left - Then all I can put in is 16 litres. I fill up when my trip meter is at around 250 Klms

On a long run on the highway averaging about 75 mph I get 240km before the light comes on then about 80km before I need gas. Likely run out at 100km. Bike is an '05 running K&N RU2780's and TORs with 90,000kms on it with a Blasted Bones tuneboy tune.

I also start looking for a servo at 250k's.
I have reset my float height and the light comes on at 250km's, there is about 4 litres left in the tank when it comes on.

Pretty straight forward to do with a multimeter, there is a good step by step "how too do it" on the other R3 site
