Looking for dyno tuner that knows tuneecu

Four hours seems WAY too long to me.
Even on my initial tune, Nels took less than an hour.
Same when he did @albertaduke and @Maverick Rockets.
It was a long time, but it was also the first time he had seen tuneecu. First time using it. First look at a rocket3. Etc. He did do some research and called Bob Carpenter for some pointers before I got there.

My understanding (and I be NO guru) is Harley does NOT allow entry into their ECUs.
Tune ECU does, thanks to Alain Fontaine.
DynoJet, and I suspect your Power Vision) provide superficial adjustments and are much more limited than Tune ECU.
Just saying . . .
Do not know about the brand new Harleys but a 2010 Fatboy the ECU is not locked. Power Vision allows a wide range of adjustments plus the convenience of several features not offered by Tune ECU. After using both systems was kind of disappointed Tune ECU is a good program but does not compare to Power vision. Power commanders are dinosaurs compared to Power vision but most Harley Davidson dealerships push the Power Commanders. Why I have no Idea other than cost.

I read this with some interest. I assure you that Harley ecu's are not locked, they even sell their own tool to tune them. The Screamin Eagle (barking budgee) tuner, Power vision is nothing like a power commander and in fact is a very good tool for ecu tuning, better in my view than the Screamin eagle tool or any other harley tool I have used so far.certainly not superficial at all. If power vision (Dyno-jet made) did one for a rocket that would be fantastic. I have done quite a lot of rockets, to do one in an hour your guy must be an absolute fuc$ing legend, or not doing a complete tune. It takes me almost half an hour to set the bike up on the dyno and hook up data etc. Fuel and ignition.proper full tune in an hour NO way Hose A. Why you guys are having trouble getting some one to use ( what is a very basic software) Tune ECU well is hard to work out. As a reason to why a lot of folk use a power commander, I reckon it is because of the automated "Tuning Link" software. It makes it easy to get the fuelling good. Having said that I stopped using it about 8 yrs ago, got tired of payiong the same exorbitant lease fee for 12 yr old software. I then found tuning the bikes manually I was getting a BETTER result any how.

Makes complete sense in that case.
Thanks for responding. :D

Thanks for setting me straight! :D

That's cool, nothing personal at all. It is good to see correct info distributed. There is enough bs on the internet already without us adding to it :). Cheers.
