I served for six years with our Kiwi comrades under the Union Jack with a few stars along side of it to identify our individual homelands ,and would never like to see it removed from our Flags , I freely admit to being born under this flag and am proud to say it

But then again, maybe its the South African in me. Now that I live in Canada for the last 35 years) I am trying to be more sensitive to the enrichment that is brought about by cultural diversity, which according to my new Prime Minister,(who I didn't vote for) is our strength ( whatever that means)

If it had seafood in it - then it was not real Paella.
But independent of this, you obviously did not try any GOOD Iberian "Pata Negra" ham if Paella was the best.

One fun fact - the word Langosta in Spanish means Lobster or Locust. Saw a menu translated to English where the less usual food translation was used.
Sadly it was a mistake. I can't eat Lobsters - But I would have tried Locust.
