Light throttle sputter/miss

I have about 60,000 on mine. Should I change my fuel filter ? If I drop that assembly of of the tank, what are the odds of getting it to seal up again ?

if it has not been off before, you can probably re-use it - with proper torque = (5nm = 44.25 inch lbs) in a criss-cross pattern starting in the middle, working your way out.

If you need to replace the seal it is $15.00 & some change

Thanks for the feed back folks, tired to ride it today and its gotten quite a bit worse, I'm going to check the vacuum lines/caps as well as replace the fuel filter. Anyone have any idea of vacuum line diameters needed as well as lengths as no one local seems to carry silicone hose, that or a vacuum diagram for the bike. I don't have the tools to do tunes myself at this point, but Triumph of Seattle will re-flash for free which is decent of them.

Lupe do you still have some of old vacuum line laying around if you do can you measure the inside diameter of it. @mexican
 
all good, most of it is 3mm with a few 4mm, I ordered a kit off amazon with a good variety of sizes. There are no obvious leaks, but the throttle bodies and plates were quite dirty which surprised me, I discovered that the rubber hose that goes from the plastic air box to the air filter box was loose and not seated proper. maybe this was causing the issue..... wont know till the hose arrives. Also put a new fuel filter in for good measure, for those that asked I just have the stock air filter replacement from K&N.
