It's OK for what I need as the Guzzi never sees the dark any more - But it is a LONG WAY from a JWSpeaker Adaptive. Comparison here Some LED LIGHT TESTING

Yup, I checked out several of the testing and review sites before deciding what I wanted to buy. The JW Speaker is insanely pricey and I couldn' justify the money in my own mind. If it was the only light I had then just a...maybe. Still, the Truck Lites are a big improvement over what I had and nothing to sneeze at as I looked at all the comparisons. They seemed to be around 3rd overall and a little more unique. I have to Bedifferent you know.

If I had a Jeep or other car with 7" lights - I would fit Truck-Lites. imo Adaptive lighting will be the way forward.

Even one of the cars "we" like (the other we in our family has yet to pronounce but I can guess) has adaptive lights.

I think having better lights has become even more important to me as I have gotten older. Soon to be 71, I simply just don't see as well at night. I also have some cateracts forming which further complicate night time driving. I don't do a lot of night riding on my bike mainly because of deer and bugs, but there are still times I am out after dark. Being seen and being able to be seen on a motorcycle are big items on my list of trying to stay safe. That's why I did this even though I always check behind me when stopped or stopping. Unfortunately, my focus was forward when I got hit from behind by another rider who was not paying attention to me but rather looking off somewhere else. It probably still wouldn't have helped.
